The design solution aims at controlling various appliances in an intelligent building, through the internet / internet enabled mobile phones. The authenticated user can control as well as monitor the status of the appliances, from anywhere on the internet.The user logs on from the remote terminal to the server using a web browser. The server communicates with the user terminal through the internet connection. The requests of the user are executed by the hardware, upon instructions from the server computer.
