Water measurement

This is a rather unlikely situation I admit, but suppose the container that the bot is carrying jerks suddenly, and the water in the inner cylinder splashes out, hits the wall of the outer one, and then the majority of the water comes back into the inner cylinder.
Ordinarily, had the outer cylinder not been there, in this case the water would have been spilled. Will such scenarios be taken into account?

Your score depends on the amount of water left at the end of the run only.
As you clearly pointed out that this is an unlikely situation and could occur coincidentally in one run but not all ensuring that the winner doesn't win just because of this.
